Photography: Every effort has been made to accurately photograph product finishes and colors.
Occasionally slight variations may occur between the photographic representation and the actual product.
Please note that everything is handmade and glazes may vary.

Prices are subject to change: Prices may be subject to change without notice.
If you are a retailer, please email us to request a current line sheet.

Shipping: All shipments will be made through the carrier of our choice.
All shipments are made from our studio in Barcelona, Spain.
International customers are responsible for all duties incurred during transit.
Orders may be shipped via expedited service, however, there is an additional surcharge for this service.

Return Policy: If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or store credit.
Please contact us to inform us prior to shipping any returns.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Availability: Tierra Cerámicas does not guarantee the availability of any item and reserves the right to discontinue or change products at any time.

Deliverytimes: all delivery times are estimated, and products may occasionally be delayed.
Delivery times are calculated from the date of payment.
If products are in stock, they will be shipped within 2 to 5 days.

Custom orders: all special orders and made-to-order items are non-refundable once the order is placed.

Collaborations: We love working with other designers / artists / manufacturers.

Payment terms (wholesale): 50% deposit at time of order, remaining balance due prior to shipment.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Most of our products are items that are not in stock and are handmade immediately after orders are placed.

Damaged Goods: We carefully package and inspect each order before it is shipped.
Please examine your order upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during shipping.
Although unlikely, if a part arrives damaged, send me a photo within 24 hours to request a replacement or refund.
Replacement products will be shipped as soon as possible.

Care and maintenance: All ceramic products are dishwasher safe, please be very careful if microwaving as the pieces get very hot.
